Why deos it seem like the media is always trying to make Obama look like the bad guy?

I think we are a lot better off with Obama than with Bush and I think we do need a public hospital because I dont have insurance and I really need medical help but I cannot afford so why are these rich people so greedy? Why cant they just keep there private hospitals and expensive insurance for themselves and let us poor people have the option to see public health? I think the real bad guy is money mixed with greed.
