Why Chapter Bani Israel was banned by Israeli Admin in Palestinian territory?

Today I heard Chapter Bani Israel during Taravih prayers which
contains the promise of G-d to bring the Jews back to holy land.
I wonder as to why Israeli authority had banned this Chapter on
the Palestinian TV?

Can any knowledgeable Jews throw some light on the subject?
