1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT Coupe. Drove the car out of City. Came back interior lights act as if they don't want to shut off. Close the door and lights car still on. Switch the lights in off position lights seem as if they still doesn't shut off. Headlights does shut off when the car ignition switch in off position. What can be the issue? Please help and thanks.
