Why cant we have high quality education and health care for all?

Because the Republican/Conservative don't want it for every American. They only want it for the "selected" Americans! THEY BLOCK ALL THINGS good for the common people!
 
instead of low quality for all as the democrats wish and,
only high quality for the ones that can afford it as the republicans wish.

Why cant we converge the 2, high quality private health care and education for all.

We already pay for it, might as well make the most of what we are paying for, right?
 
We can have it. The problem is, other crap is rolled up into the bill. Sure, cheap health care but you're going to have to subsidize illegal aliens and people who choose to live dangerously.

Education would be great, but it's always loaded up with classes that waste the students' time. And these classes do nothing for the student in the outside world. Then the education bills are rolled into nonsense like a mandate to keep all concrete a uniform color, with millions of dollars spent on its enforcement.
