The "fake" people just won't understand until they experience it themselves. Pro-wrestlers take way more injuries than NFL, NBA etc...and they work harder, they are away from there families 365 days a year. No NFL, NBA etc...player could handle that and they don't realize how much it takes to entertain as a wrestler in the ring.
The wrestlers have to multi-task: have to stay in character, make sure you're doing the right moves, watch out for your opponent, execute moves perfectly, figure which move to do next to keep the match flowing, listen to what the crowd wants, cut good promos, etc...
And not only that, wrestlers have stronger fan bases than most sports, which means haters and that means you might get harassed everywhere you go or you might get cheered and WWE fans are crazier too. IMO, some want to kill you. And besides all that wrestlers get paid way less than NFL, NBA players and they put there bodies through more hell in one week..than they do in five years, So that lets you know a lot of wrestlers aren't in it for the money. They do it because they love It.
Its really frustrating!, how can you fake falling off a ladder without hurting yourself ? or How can you fake getting hit in the head with a steel chair ? You can't. Like I said previously the Only way for people to understand is to experience it themselves and when they do...they will fully comprehend how real of a sport Pro-Wrestling is..So, overall Pro-Wrestling is very real but very misunderstood as well.
