Why cant Obama nominate a REAL Liberal Progressive Judge?

Im tired of Liberal Presidents always compromise with the Fascist Neo-Cons already. Maybe Obama should nominate a Real Liberal judge : 100% Pro Gay Marriage, Pro Roe v Wade .. dont you think?
