I updated my software on my phone yesterday and I can't connect to the internet or Facebook. Is there any way I can uninstall the upgrade so it can return to normal? I downloaded some Firmware thing on my phone. Do I have to do something else to the app? I also can't connect to download apps. I have a Sanyo Incognito with Boost Mobile. Software version 1.005BT and PRL version 61007. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Please help!
