why cant my boost mobile incognito recieve text messages?

i just switch my old iden series boost mobile phone to the cdma incognito and it wont recieve text. i can send them but cant recieve them. i text myself and i get those and from my email to but not from other people.
 
hi i just bought a boost mobile cell phone: sanyo juno) and i love the phone! i am having the same probelm though. what i did was ur my phone off for lik 5 minutes and after tht i was recieving text but then the next day i didnt recieve text messages again! its annoying and if u find out why this is happening then plz help
 
I am ALSO having the same problem with the JUNO from boost ...I think these phones are NOT really compatiable with the boost service...So i dont know why they are trying to sell them becuase they dont work with there service..I can't receive NO kind of text not even from other boost subscribers..Customer service told me to wait 72 hours..For what i don't know..Nothing like feeling ripped off!
