Why can't ITV4 +1 show The Ashes '10-'11 Cricket Series Highlights?

"Sorry, for legal reasons we cannot broadcast the programme that was shown earlier on ITV4." - even though ITV4 broadcasts The Ashes highlights at 10pm but it's +1 service at 11pm can't for legal reasons?
