Why can't I watch the first baseball game on 851?

I was surprised when I went to channel 851 to watch the Boston/Cleveland game tonight and got a message that this program is not available in my area. I can watch the game on 823 and 818, but I want to leave my 9200 on 851 so I can catch both games on 851 and use the other tuner for MNF. Why would they black out the game on 851? This must be an error! I'm in BC by the way.
 
Yes a big error by ExpressVu. The baseball game was blacked out for me too, however they didn't black out the game on the regional sd channel.
Someone was really slacking off on their responsibilities. This was the night that ExpressVu started the second hd feed (Sportsnet HD 2) for Leafs hd hockey. The hockey game for the Ontario market, and the hd baseball for the rest of the country. I live in the west and I didn't get either hd channel.
 
Yes, and lucky for ExpressVu that the national league game wasn't the early game. There would have been no hd feed in that scenario, until the hockey game ended.
