I recently got a Sharp FX for AT&T and I am trying to sync music to it but when I connect the USB to the computer it says no hardware found and it says to insert my installation hardware CD if it came with one but it didn't come with one. How can I successfully out music on the cell phone from my computer. I've tried it on two different computers.
