usually when i get my period i dont eat like i am now. currently ive been dieting but today, well actually in the last 40min. ive eaten so much. i just couldnt control myself and i usually can. before i even got the food i told myself i wouldnt eat any tonight. this is what i ate:
breakfast- cheerio crunch cereal, 3/4 cup, and 1/2 cup of skim milk, light and fit 60 cal. yogurt.
lunch- lettuce with 98% fat free balonga with light mayo and another light and fit 60 cal. yogurt and a plum.
okay, this is where i start to get out of control.
i fixed a batch of weight watcher brownies:
brownie mix and pumkin.
they turned out great but i ate half the batter and 1 brownie after they were cooked.
for dinner i had 1 pancake with light spray on butter and peach jam with 1/2 peice of sausage and one scrambled egg.
later that night, around 8ish my mom brought home some dq and i ate 2 bites of my brothers pork bbq sandwhich along with all his fries plus i had 3 more brownies!
i feel horrible but i was hungry! or at least i thought i was...
i usually dont eat that, or anything close to that much.
i feel so guilty but i did run today at speed 7 for 10 min. straight.
i did that before i made and ate my brownies.
okay, i need you advice on how you handle food when you are on your period. what do you eat especially when youre dieting?
im 14 years old, 5'5", 110.5lbs, if that helps anything. i need to lose about 5.5lbs, or at least tone my stomach and hips up. what foods do you suggest for a growing girl that is on her period and is trying to diet?
what do you do for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack? and exercise tips would help too.
