Why cant i seem to download the new adobe flash player?

dont download it directly from the browser ..
i mean to say use a download manager ...

then when the download is completed , close all programs and browsers.

then run the setup and it will work surely ..

By the way,there are separate flash players for Internet explorer and firefox/opera ..
 
I can not download the latest flash player.... i download it and the computer restarts after it said it is downloaded. So when i log back into my account and go to a program that requires the latest version, it say to Install the latest flash player....even though i just installed it...
