i already tried uninstalling my yahoo messenger 9.0 and reinstalling an earlier version (8.1) because i heard that it has less bugs. im still having the same problem. i had not been having this problem until i installed my norton 360 software on my computer yesterday. now im using the regular yahoo chat rather than the desktop messenger until i get this fixed.
