Why can't I play games downloaded from PlayStationNetwork on my PSP?

I downloaded LocoRoco Midnight Carnival. When I go to play it, it says something like you can't play a game from it's data. What do I need to do??? =( Please help because it cost me 11.99! =(
 
Well, did it say it was PSP compatible? If so, then you need to install it. If you have done that, then go to the Main Menu>Game>Memory Stick>LocoRoco Midnight Carnival.
