So, I installed MediaWiki using the BitNami MediaWiki Stack (which includes MediaWiki, Apache, PHP, and MySQL), then started setting up all the modifications and extensions. One mod conflicted with the wiki's file path name (\BitNami MediaWiki Stack\, it didn't like spaces), so I uninstalled the stack and reinstalled it under another path (\BitNamiMediaWikiStack\).
Ever since, I've been unable to associate update.php with php.exe, which is needed to update the database so some extensions can work. I right click>Open With>Choose Default Program>Browse>select php.exe and the Browse window just disappears once I click Open. The Open With window is still there like I never selected anything at all. This same process worked before the reinstall.
So, does anyone know why it's no longer working and/or how to fix it? Or, alternatively, a step-by-step on how to run update.php another way? (Running Windows Vista)
Thank you very much!
