I recently got Verizon Fios and I am trying to log onto the router but apparently I can't. Every time I input the password, extra characters appear and I always end up failing to log on. When I try to backspace those extra characters, everything gets depleted. What's the deal? I want to open up ports and increase me wireless download speed. I have a 35/35 plan, but i'm only getting an average of 13/10 on my wireless. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks.
BTW, it's an ActionTec integrated modem/router. I forget the model but it's the most recent I'd expect.
