Why can't I log in to Yahoo! Games?

Every time I log in to Yahoo! Games, I get a little blue window saying " Your request to log in to Yahoo! games was denied because we were unable to authenticate your user id" This has been going on for 3-4 days now. I usually play literati everyday without problems. I even tried various id's, and created new ones; confirming them through e-mails. I'm at loss, and going into literati withdrawl. HELP! Is Yahoo having difficulty right now?
 
this may sound dumb but check the time and date
on your pc If your computer has the wrong time date and
time zone settings you browser wont authenticate
