why can't I install Adobe Flash ?

Each time I try to update and install Adobe Flash it hangs up and won't let me download it...I have tried it over and over and still the same thing happens...now I ca'nt open some mail since it says that I need to upgrade/download Adobe Flash...what is going on ???
 
you should give some more hints about you like your operating system,browser,etc.

Whats that flash player ? Professional or Plug-in ?

If you are using internet explorer then that may cause.

Use firefox/Safari/opera.

I think some malwares are entered into your system.
