I made a chat nickname when I first downloaded it, so I don't need to make that. Anyway, I click on "connect" and it says "Network problems are preventing you from connecting to the chat service. Please connect to try again." Then I click "connect" again and the same message comes up. I can do this over and over again and the same thing will happen. Why can't I connect? What do I have to do?
