The manufacturers are only required to make parts for a bike 10 years after they stop production. you could always have a fabricator make you a seat if that is the only thing stopping you from riding now. you will pay good money for it, but if you have him make one, why not two so you have a spare. I have had to do similar things for my 84 Magna. The end caps on the swing arm worked their way loose, and after I lost one I have to have a guy make some more caps out of billet aluminum since the Honda dealer looked it up and it said not available. You might try motorcycle salvage yards as well, or Suzuki forums. If the parts are around, somebody, somewhere has them. Keep looking and good luck. JC Whitney may have some things for you.
