Why can't i find battle royale vol. 14 from UK sources?

I am trying to buy and read the whole series of the battle royale Manga
but i am having trouble to find it from UK sources i have looked in eBay, Amazon and other book selling websites but i can only seem to find it if i import it from the US.

I was also wondering if anyone would know the reason to that (if they have read the book) If it involves spoilers please don't involve names e.g more violent than other BR manga
