Why can't I find an e-mail friend (prefer Female 24-29) for free chat?

I find it very disappointing to find an e-mail chat friend (prefer female 24-29) to chat with. Everytime you get charged to hook up to someone's e-mail address. I mean I am paying for my own bills for surfing the net.

Should'nt that be free, need a little bit of help to find an e-mail chat mate
 
Get out off your computer, out of your house and go meet someone.

Then get their email, it's likely to be free unless it's a prostitute. Then it could get expensive
