Ok so over the summer I could dunk. Then I had a high ankle sprain and played the football season with it taping it every day. Now its partway through basketball and I've lost my vertical. I'm 6 foot 160 pounds, I squat 375, power clean and bench 185 and I lift weights a lot Don't believe me I'll post videos next time I go to the gym. Anyways why hasn't my vertical jump come back yet and what else can I do. I stretch often and do pylometrics as well.
