Why can't I download flash player on my iphone?

I'm trying to download flash player to listen to a radio station off my iphone. I then get a message saying I need to download flash player and I'm directed to the flash player website. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, my iphone says "Safari cannot download this file."

Am I doing something wrong or forgetting something? Or does the iphone not allow flash player?
 
Unfortunately, there is no version of Flash Player made for the iPhone/iPod Touch at this time. Hopefully it will be done in the future, because many people complain about that.
