Why can't I download Flash Player 9 on my iphone?

I'm trying to watch something on my iphone but it says that i need to download flash player 9, but when I go to the website, it says the file can't be downloaded. I tried plugging into my computer to see if maybe the file was too big or something but it still won't download!
 
Because flash is a PC based application and the Ipod touch and Iphone are not exsactly PC's and there isn't a flash protocol for them. Only youtube works cause youtube has converted their videos to a different format that works with the Ipods. this is a way though but it requires jailbreaking the thing and if you don't know to much about it you will end up bricking you phone and no good will come out of that, apple wont fix it or replace it and it will become a paper weight.
