I am unable to connect using xbox kinect video chat via xbox to xbox the messenger live (xbox to pc) works fine. I called xbox support and they were thus far unable to help me. They did forward my issue to a level 3 support. If anyone else is having this problem please let me know. I have searched all over the net and have found no results.
