WHy cant i can import media onto my moviemaker?

i keep getting messages such as

The file C:\Users\x)\Favorites\YouTube - Sailor Uranus and Neptune Die.url cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.

how can i import media to movie maker successfully
 
Ok, basically, a computer requires certain "things to do well.....certain things..

What it means, is you're computer doesnt have the "thing" on it, which is required for the video you're importing to work.

Find out what video format it is ( by right clicking + properties on it )

Then browse the web, and download the codec.

Because you are tryin to import an internet address!
I see we got the thumb down boob in here....you CANT download a redirect to a video!!!!!!!!!!!
You SEE the url on the end of it? A URL is an internet address!
