About 2 weeks ago, I downloaded IE8 and my flash player disappeared. I keep getting messages saying that I have to upgrade to adobe 10. When I do, it looks like a successful installation, but no movie clip shows. The message is installation complete. However, it does not show in my programs and I can not view certain sites or my own movies. The download page does not give me the option of a manual installation only install/don't install.
I have tried to install 9, but it fails everytime.
This is windows XP SP3 if that makes any difference
