Why can´t I come into my yahoo!chat anymore?

I have done the tranfer that was needed to for the data and the site and profile to be kept, so why do they vanish now? I really don´t understant it. Would you be kind enough to check it for me.

Hmm...that happened to me once and when i tried to log on, it said that I needed to download this certain thing but I don't remember what it's called anymore...try signing and and follow the directions to what you should do.
