Why breast-milk runs really low after eating corn chips with salsa?
I am breastfeeding my toddler still and what I noticed everytime after I eat salsa, my breast-milk seems to run very low. Why is that? I don't really eat a super spicy salsa but rather a mild one. I've tried varieties of it, thinking that it could just be a certain ingredient of a certain brand, but they're all the same. They make my breastmilk run low. Why is that?
