Why aren't "PrtScrn" and "Save image as..." working?

Whenever I try to do "PrtScn" on my computer, I can't paste the image into a word document/powerpoint etc. Why is that? Also: my computer won't let me save images on powerpoint word etc. either.

Is there a way to fix this?
