Explain it to me.
I went to Arbys yesterday and got a great sandwich. I went there tonight and got this sandwich with thick, rubbery, half-cooked meat.
My coupons for a free combo are in the mail. The kid could barely get my name and address right over the phone, so it's a shot in the dark if they'll actually get here or not.
The way I figure it, it all depends on whatever high school incompetent fool they've got working the grill. I'ts literally hit-and-miss, every other time I get fast food. Which is why I don't get much of it.
Why can't you (forgive the corniness) put a little more love, or at least effort, into what you guys do?
