Why Are Yellow Jackets Aggressive?

It seems like that Yellow Jackets are extremely Aggressive around where I live. Even if I am on the opposite side of the yard and I start to move either toward the house or toward a neighbors house the Yellow Jackets immediately start flying toward me with their Stingers already out and possibly for battle.
 
Don't ignore it. A neighbor died from one sting. The African bees are moving further north, all the time.

When, a problem like you described, needs correction. Call exterminators, and/or get spray cans.
