why are WHITE men so lazy?? and white women complain about it?

i've worked construction in LA county, OAKLAND area, and WAshington state, and i've noticed you NEVER see the presence of whtie men working hard construction jobs and trades.... it's all black men and mexicans doing everything from pouring councrete, framing, plumbing and heating electric etc....
i have a couple of cousins that work in DEMOLITION in chicago and he says that when they work in down town chicago they have to hire WHITE MEN((LAWS)) and he says they're as lazy as they can ONLY them selves be.... are white men genetically predisposed to a lazy gene??? are white men really lazy or are we just racist pigs???

Maybe i too am genetically predisposed to be lazy...
