why are urine tests done at regular check ups?

Urine that contains high levels of protein, sugar, blood, bacteria, etc can be a signal that there's something wrong. For example, protein, sugar, etc are normally absorbed by the body but when they show up in urine it's a sign of something not working and so forth.

Depends on who is taking the tests if it is the doctor yes if your parents request it and among other thinks like your ketones and if there is protien in your urine those are things they look for to see if your kidneys are working okay if it is school yep its drugs

Urine test's at regular check up's is to check for problems they do it at regular check ups so they can make sure you are staying healthy they'll check for things such as kidney problems etc. etc.

I'm not sure about the checking for drug thing.

They would be looking at pH, presence of Ketones, and general appearance. Any abnormality of any of those would warrant further testing.

i dont take them at check ups. am i suppose to?
i think your parents sign on the things they want you to get done at check ups
