Why are toyota tundra's so expensive?

Im looking for a nice small four door truck the toyota tundra is the perfect match for me but every one i see is like 10-12k dollars and they all have 160k+ miles on them what makes them so expensive compared to other trucks like them?
 
Toyota Truck are better built and they last long than any trucks out in the market. They also hold there resale value better than any trucks out there. Try looking at the Toyota Tacoma truck, they are smaller and comes in a 4 door.
