i stay in India and love USA .. i also follow the politics and media there closely .. USA has been at forefront of many things we see and use .. from inventing medicines to microwave to cell phones .. the list is endless .. now that US has been through a devastating recession .. i see US media saturated with Avatar and Obama [ for and against him ] ..
but many people lost jobs , lost homes .. lives were torn apart .. the impact of the recession on children and teens [ entering job life ] will be disastrous ..
why is there not more focus on hard luck stories .. why does US media seem more interested and caring about Haiti and oddball programmes like Blacks in America [ i could not figure out if the target audience was black or white or blue ] ...
