This is not true.You must have seen my old avatar in which there was a Pakistani Cricket world cup outfit,also that user "Sanga the King" has a Sri Lankan outfit.
 
Dinith, this is business world buddy. Only those things comes for selling which have largest customer base to avoid unsold risk. May be they only pick two countries from which the probable usage was highest. Same reason you can see two teams of IPL (Pune and Mumbai) from a single state of Maharashtra and no IPL team from UP, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh etc. Companies have only business point in their mind, which may be socially wrong but commercially right.

Dinith: I Also didn't gave attention to Avtaar and gave answer in hurry.
