Why are there more Republicans on Y!A (In the elections section), but more Obama...

...supporters in real life? The lowest approval rating I could find for Obama is 60% from foxnews a week ago (before his address to congress, which was widely successful).
All other polls are higher, usually ranging closer to 70%. So why are there almost exlusively Obama haters on Y!A in the elections section, while most people in real life like him?

Thank you Republicans for proving my point. I would take you more seriously if you addressed the point I brought up...instead of just claiming that no one likes Obama.
 
According to deport Hussein obamas thumbs down, I'd say it's about dead even.I guess you can't argue that point.The proof is right there.
 
97% of people are about to get money from the government provided by the other 3%. 97% is clearly "more" people than 3%. I would like the person who saw to it that I got more money, too. As it turns out I am in the 3% who has to provide that money, not to mention the money for all the bailouts.

It is my privilege to live in this country. I have the freedom of speech. Why should it bother the 97% if the 3% use the forum here in YA? Isn't everything pretty much going the way that you want it to go?

I will do as I am told to do and I will pay whatever I am told to pay and I will work at my job until I drop dead probably. I will never get to retire because I am one of those gray area "rich" Americans who really aren't rich, we just have a little bit of some nice things going on: one house we pay for, maybe a couple of cars, paying for kids' colleges, and also all daily expenses. I have debts but can still make the payments so long as I work. My taxes are extremely high right now. Having them go up will make things harder, but I guess--so what, right? One day I will be gone and people like me will also be gone. If the answerer above me gets his way and the Republicans "go extinct" then no more like me may ever follow. I wonder what will happen when the suppliers to the government trough are all gone. That won't happen immediately, so none of the 97 percenters need worry for now. Just relax and ride the tide of victory. I will keep paddling as long as I can to keep the boat afloat.
 
Because in the last election the Republicans were complacent.

This election more Republicans realize that they need to get the truth out and use Obama's tactics to motivate their base.

People are addressing the point, all one need do is have good reading comprehension skills to fathom it.
 
I think it's just because the people who don't like him have an urge to express their distaste; the ones that do like him don't really have anything to say on the issue. So really, it probably just looks that way. Disgruntled people are always more vocal that satisfied people.

You do know how polls are conducted, don't you? They call people around supper time and ask for the political opinion.... why would any sane person answer these private questions? The answer is the DEMOCRATS. The Republicans are smarter than that.

Again, why would anyone give a complete stranger information on how they feel about politics?
 
Obama is an inexperienced failure and his approval rating is dropping fast!
 
well i mean no offense to anyone but i think its because democrats are generally the ones on welfare or with lower income, therefore a lot of them probably don't have computers or internet, so they can't go on Yahoo answers
 
I agree. It's important what the populace at large thinks.
The simplest answer is, it's the weekend and some bad weather.
 
Because these Republicans on here basically come to vent and spread lies! They're the ones that still can't believe Obama is their president! They don't represent the cross-section of Republicans or conservatives...look at the lack of intelligence, grammar, and spelling!

I hate president Buckwheat, and I will continue to point out what a FOOL he is. If his moronic worshipers want to grovel before him, let them.

BTW: Since when is the worthiness of a politician determined by POPULARITY? Is Buckwheat a PROM QUEEN?
