why are there fat camps but no skinny camps?

i think this is somewhat of a cultural phenomenon.
In this day and age when we are so obsessed with body image, the six pack is God (metaphorically) and any Non-Adonis is considered imperfect.

If fat camps help the obese get in shape, why do no camps exist for those who are extremely skinny with a high metabolism?

something to think about.

my personal theory: ectomorphs (skinny people) have a much harder time gaining weight as opposed to obese people losing weight. Therefore, such camps would be difficult since the food costs might be much greater.

I would love to hear any of your thoughts.
lol yes i know there are gyms.
obese people can use a gym as well.

i'm just wondering why there is a camp for one extreme but not the other.
 
There are too few ectomorphs to warrant a camp to make people gain weight. For true anorexics, there are inpatient mental health centers.
