Why are there conflicts in world history accounts like Atlantis and other events?

Plato wrote about Atlantis. We have no evidence of such a place anywhere near the scale he describes it. We have accounts from the Bible describes people with far above average abilities in Genesis 6:1-4. The Greeks tell of gods, goddesses, and demons. Other empires which we cannot locate are Mu and the Kingdom of Gilgamesh. Somewhat like siamese twins, was this world linked to a supernatural world before the Flood? Would that explain why so many things are 'missing' in archeological evidence? I believe the enormity of conflicts in missing people and places can only be explained in that we lost contact with that other world at about the same time as the Great Flood. It is impossible for all those things to exist in only one world the size and structure of ours. Even Einstein said there were other dimensions. Furthermore, all those fascinating accounts of people and places predate the Flood. Any comments?
Dear Lady,
Your theory does not hold water. Evidence of the Flood is not found in Turkey, but MT. Everest as well. Einstein further agreed concerning other worlds, and he is not the only one. Simply dismissing the evidence will not erase it. Fairy tales do not wipe out an entire planet in a flood which is easily backed up by so many sources.
I meant to say, "Not found in only Turkey..."
The fairy tales are that it never happened. Denials of facts are themselves fairy tales.
