why are the rcmp so aggressive?

ok every time i encounter an rcmp officer, he or she is usually a dick and id like to see them without a badge, is it their power that gets to their heads? they re so devastated when somebody hits or kills one of their officers but they can hit or easily kill a civilian with ease?

I think police everywhere are like that. It's a profession that attracts sadists and people who have power issues.
