Why are teenagers having sex so early?

I'm 15, and it seems that EVERYONE is having sex, and personally i think that it is disrespecting my parents if i have it at this age, it isn't even legal yet and that is all that others think about. But why? Is it because of the media? or purely peer pressure?
 
Our society has waaaay too much focus on sex. It's everywhere, the media, the music, the food. There are drinks named after sex. Advertisers use sex to sell everything from cars to soap. And movies tell you that sex is the cool thing to do, without telling you the horrible down side of irresponsible sexual activity. It's a sad state of affairs. But it sounds like you are on the right track. :)

I'm 15 and i feel that everyones doing it because they want to be better than everyone else and there doing that by acting older than they should, in which they think they're cool.

Don't blame the blokes, it takes "Two To Tango" if that is not the case, then it's rape, simple as that.
 
Teenagers have sex for the same reason men climb mountains -- because it is there. Many other countries do not make such a big deal out of it.
 
Maybe because of the moral break down caused by atheistic thoughts....

because as soon as they go to secondary school they think that they are all grown up, so they experience the first kiss then sex.and some they even get pregnant before finishing secondary school....and who should we blame for all this???????i think that parents are to blame for not talking to their children about sex as soon as they start secondary school.
