My friend thinks it's weird that I don't wear a sports bra during sports, but I don't really see what the difference would be than just wearing a regular bra. I am a 36C, so it's not like I have huge breasts that need to be strapped down like some people have...I usually just wear a regular push up bra from victoria's secret, and I think that's pretty supportive. Is it weird that I don't wear a sports bra for sports? Should I wear one?
