Why are some Hispanics so destructive of the environment around them?

I am wondering why some kids and well as adults throw rocks, destroy property and act out agressively. I take my dog for a walk twice a day up the hill from where I live here in So. California. It has always been very peaceful and relaxing but lately Hispanic families have discovered the trails and park systems here. Two days in a row I found the kids and adults throwing rocks down at the houses as well as throwing items like irrigation poles down the hill and kicking sprinklers. I had to yell at the kids once and the 2 females just looked back at them and said to stop throwing rocks at houses. Today some adults as well as kids were running around crazy and kicking sprinklers that belong to an oil company nearby. I've noticed this over and over and can never understand why the parents or adults with them don't do anything. I can't call the police because the trails are actually private property of the oil company and we are actually all trespassing even thought the oil company doesn't mind. Our parks are also getting trashed and this is not their neighborhood. The parks are of course public.
Any educated Hispanic adults here?
There are White, Cambodian, Black, etc walking here too and none of them throw rocks. So I am wondering what is happening.
 
People are a product of their environment. You generalize when you say hispanics, I am Cuban and I don't throw rocks or destroy property.
 
I´m (almost) adult hispanic and I would never do that...Neither my friends or family.

yes.. because my parents educated me to respect my.. and other persons properties, its not about the race.. or color

Doesn't sound like being Hispanic causes this. It sounds like a bunch of bored kids in a crowded place with nothing to do.

(Oh, and by the way, since Hispanics are breeding at a rate 3 times higher than the average population, there are going to be a LOT more poor, bored Hispanic kids year after year. Hmmm, maybe is does have something to do with being Hispanic.)

I dont get why people ask questions like this. Who knows why the people in this story did what they did?? If youre really interested, why not ask THE ACTUAL people you have observed doing it rather than coming here and talking about YOUR personal experience, which is probably not an accurate depiction of all Latinos??

I think youre trying to put a broad generalization in the form of a question
