but majority of them concrete roads are rough, and some are "bumpy" almost like tires skipping on them.
And many of them also have big cracks in between them.

that is a reason I am very curious on the subject of concrete road. I thought old concrete road are not smooth, but it's not true. Some newer concrete roads are worse if not horrible, despite them being laid more recently. I think it has to do with poor construction. It appears that there is no standard on the concrete road, some do it nice and others do a crap job.
