...unfriendly/unapproachable? It's amazing how horrible their "customer service" is. They act like they're better than you, not interested, like they're some celebrity, and they can care less on what you have to say, etc. They act like it's a party rather than "work."
I notice this MOSt often in Abercrombie & Fitch.
These total nobody people just because they're either young or thin, or dressed in the "hip" clothes, they walk around like they're just superior to anyone.
It's ridiculous.
Why are they like that and how can we handle them?
