are even comparable? All you hear from these idiots are:
" Vick killed dogs, and got more time"
"Stallworth killed a human"

Are people really that dense.....
I had a friend in high school who got into an accident while under the influence, and killed one of our best friends.

He was charged with DUI Manslaughter, and only did two years.

I think some people just jumped to conclusions by only knowing very few facts about the cases. There were a lot more differences in the cases then just who the victims were.

To put it bluntly, YES. Their are too many people (at least on here) that won't read about these cases in detail or are refusing to recognize all the facts because it doesn't support their opinion/personal beliefs.

You're right the cases ARE different but the basics are comparable: 2 Black football players, from the South, relatively young. Vick is obviously a bigger star but Stallworth is well known. A lot of money is involved. Two bad crimes, the difference is Vick's was a prolonged money making operation that was coming right out of his own home whereas Stallworth's was an tragic accident mixed with poor judgement.

People aren't dense, they're just quick to judge and dont want to look at the facts because it may make them think a little.

Because your average Vick fan has the I.Q. of a garden hose. You would have to to like that POS!

I'm amazed that Stallworth(less) basically got a slap on the hand for getting drunk and running over a guy. If a real person committed that crime I have no doubt serious jail time would be involved. The punk said he was sorry...sorry he got caught is more like it.

Where's Jack Tatum when you need him?
