Why are people judged by there strength?

Why is it when it comes to youth culture, most young people are look at by how strong they are or how good they fight?
What about the people who dont fight?

People that can;t fight will always be the bitches and cowards in life.
Sinse the dawn of time the cave man, the barbarian, the vikings always conquered with brute strength. The true warrior.
However those that cannot physically fight can fight in other ways such as being great leaders like Hitler. Fighting has many forms. The pen is mightier than the sword?
